Discover the wholesome delight of Ragi Koozh, enriched with WAH-TOR™ Astaxanthin collagen builder. Fermented ragi and rice, blended with shallots, curd, and the goodness of astaxanthin, create a refreshing and nourishing drink.
Ingredients:
Ragi flour - 200gm
Rice - 100gm
Warm Water - 1 cup
Shallots - 10 peeled and chopped
Curd - 50ml
Salt as required
WAH TOR™ Astaxanthin - 1 scoop
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix ragi flour, salt and warm together and mix well without any lumps (thin consistency)
2. Cover the bowl with a lid and leave it overnight or 24 hours at room temperature for fermentation.
3. After the flour is fermented well, soak the rice for 30 minutes and cook it in boiling water until it is 80% done in a vessel.
4. At this stage, add the fermented ragi flour to the boiling rice vessel and cook both together well to avoid any lumps.
5. Stir well until the flour and rice blend together and form a non-sticky paste.
6. At this stage remove the vessel from the flame, and let the mixture cool.
7. Take 3 clay pots and divide the mixture, add curd, salt if needed, chopped shallots, and 1 scoop of astaxanthin in each pot.
8. Mix everything together to make a smooth Ragi Koozh drink.
Serve fresh!
