CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  1. If you wish to cancel an order, kindly contact us here within 24 hours of placing it. 

  2. Please note that a cancellation charge of 5% is applicable on all cancellation requests. 
  3. Orders once shipped are not eligible for cancellation and refund. 

  4. If your request for cancellation is approved, we will process your refund through the same payment method used by you to place your order. 

  5. Refunds may take up to 3 - 4 additional business days to reflect in your bank account from the date of initiating it. 

  6. Cancellation and Modification not allowed on orders placed during the offer period.

  7. International Shipping

      • A cancellation charge of 5% will be applicable if you choose to cancel your order after making payment. 

      • Payments towards shipments cannot be refunded if the consignment has been dispatched. 

      • Cancellation of the order is not possible once the shipment process has begun. 

      • These items are non-returnable due to the prevailing restrictions on travel and shipments. 

REPLACEMENTS

  1. We will replace products if they are defective or damaged, or missing in transit, only if reported within 48 hours from the date of receipt of products.

  2. Please send us an email at support@chosenstore.in detailing the issue, and our customer support team will reach out to you shortly. 

  3. To assist with the return or replacement process, please provide an unboxing video without any pauses or edits. This will help us ensure a smooth and quick resolution for you. Once we receive the video, we'll move forward with the solution.

  4. A pickup will be arranged at the shipping address by our logistics team to receive the defective or damaged product, and you are requested to hand over the product to the delivery personnel as received.

  5. We will only dispatch the replacement after receipt of your returned product and verification that it is indeed damaged or defective.

EXCHANGES

  1. We do not offer exchanges on any product ranges, given the personal nature of the products.

  2. Product makeovers or upgrades cannot be considered as reasons for exchange if the product has already been shipped out. Cancellation will be applicable as in general.

PROCESS OF GRIEVANCES/COMPLAINTS

 

  1. For grievance raised, a ticket (containing tracking number) will be created and the same will be communicated to you. You can use the ticket (containing tracking number) for the purpose of tracking the status of the grievance across all the channels that are implemented.
  2. Grievance will be registered by the us subject to availability of appropriate details which may include the transaction reference number/ other relevant reference number, date of the transaction, transaction amount, your name, address and contact details, details about the complaint, copies of supporting documents (wherever applicable).
  3. In case the information is not appropriately shared by you, you will contact us to provide the adequate information in order to assess the issue.
  4. Complaint/Grievance will be considered as closed in case you do not respond back within 7 days of the receipt of the response from us for seeking further details.
