Refreshing Aam Panna is a zesty delight made from boiled raw mango, honey, and a hint of cumin. Simmered to perfection, it's a sweet-tangy summer treat garnished with mint.
Ingredients:
Raw mango - 1
Honey - 2 tbsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Water - ½ cup (adjust as needed)
Ice cubes - 4
Few mint leaves
TOR™ Classic - 1 Scoop
Method:
1. Cut the raw mango into four, and boil it in a saucepan with water for 10 minutes or more until it is soft.
2. Once the boiled mango cools to room temperature, blend it in a mixer until smooth.
3. Heat a small sauce pan, add the blended mango, salt, cumin powder, honey, and water as required.
4. Simmer the mixture for a few minutes while you keep stirring it or it might get burnt.
5. Stir until it gets a paste consistency and remove it from the flame.
6. Cool down the mixture.
7. Take a tall glass with cold water, add the mango mixture, and stir well.
8. Add TOR™ Classic, ice cubes, and mint leaves, and serve cold.
