Ingredients
Avocado - 1 medium size
Coriander - ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
Greek Yogurt - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tsp finely chopped
Fresh pepper - ¼ tsp
Cumin Powder - ¼ tsp
Pink Himalayan salt - to taste
Roasted almonds - 5 (chopped)
Water - 150ml
TOR™ Classic - 1 scoop
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to the blender, including the water. And blend them till they become a fine paste-like consistency
2. If extra water is needed to make it more soup consistent, do add about 150ml water
3. Once the soup is ready, refrigerate it covered for 30 minutes before consumption
4. Add Tor classic, mix well and serve it with roasted almonds sprinkled over the soup chopped for garnish.
