Ingredients:
Methi seed - 30g (1 handful)
Pomegranate - 30g
Raw mango - 40g
Salt - as per taste
Pepper - ¼ tsp.
Collagen powder - 1 scoop (TOR™ Mighty - lemon low sugar)
Method:
1. In a bowl, add 1 glass of water and soak the fenugreek seeds overnight.
2. Drain the water and let it sprout. It takes 3 days to sprout well (use a muslin cloth to sprout them)
3. Once it’s sprouted well, add them in a bowl, and then add the chopped raw mango, pomegranate, salt, pepper and collagen powder and mix it well.
4. Enjoy the fresh crunchy salad.
