So, whip up a batch, pop them in your mouth, and relish the burst of flavours!
Ingredients:
Cucumber - 1 med sized - 150g
Chilled Yoghurt - 1 small cup - 100ml
Bell peppers (any colour ) chopped finely - 1 nos. - 50g
Carrot (grated) - 1 med sized - 30g
Salt as per taste
Oregano - ¼ tsp.
Pepper - ½ tsp.
Collagen powder - 1 scoop (TOR™ Mighty Lemon Low sugar)
Method:
1. In a bowl, add the finely chopped bell peppers, grated carrot, salt, pepper, oregano and collagen powder.
2. Mix them well and keep them aside
3. Cut the cucumber into thick round slices and add one tsp. of chilled yoghurt on top of each cucumber slice.
4. Place one spoonful of the veggies mixture on top of the yoghurt and enjoy the crunch bites.
