Ingredients:

Washed Jamun - 10-14 nos. (remove the seeds and finely chop it)

Apple - ½ medium-sized

Chia seed - 1 tbsp. (soak in water for 3 hours)

Honey - 2 tsp.

Collagen builder - 1 scoop (WAH-TOR Astaxanthin)

Method:

1. In a blender, add the pitted jamun, chopped apple, honey and collagen powder with little water

2. Blend it well and pour it into a glass.

3. Add the soaked chia seed on top and serve it chilled.
