Ingredients:
Baked Whole Wheat Kakra - 1 no.
Tomato - 1 finely chopped (40g)
Onion - 1 med-sized finely chopped (40g)
Capsicum - ¼ med sized ( each of different colours- yellow, green, red) – finely chopped (40g)
For dressing
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Collagen Builder - ½ scoop (WAH TOR™ – Astaxanthin)
Salt - as per taste
Pepper - ½ tsp.
Method:
1. Take a plate and place the baked kakra.
2. In a bowl, add the chopped veggies – tomato, all colour bell peppers, and onion and mix them well.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, and collagen builder and mix them well.
4. Add the dressing to the chopped veggies and mix it well.
5. Sprinkle the dressed veggies on top of the baked kakra and enjoy
