Beat the heat with a refreshing Ice Apple Sorbet infused with TOR™ Bright. Made with peeled ice apples, aromatic cardamom, tangy lime juice, and a touch of vanilla extract, this frozen treat is blended to perfection.
Ingredients:
Ice apple peeled - 3
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp in 3 tbsp of hot water (Strained after 10 minutes)
Lime juice - ½ tsp
Honey - ½ tsp
TOR™ Bright - 1 scoop
Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Method:
1. In a blender, blend peeled ice apples, strained cardamom water, lime juice, and vanilla extract and blend smoothly.
2. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze it until hard.
3. Remove it from the container, add TOR™ Bright, blend it again in a mixer, store it back in the freezer overnight.
4. Scoop it from the container like a ball using ice cream scooper and transfer it in a dessert plate.
5. Top the sorbet with honey and serve chill!
