Ingredients:
Cucumber - 1 med sized (200g)
Peanuts roasted - 3 tbsp.
Coconut grated - 2 tbsp.
Green chilli chopped - 2 med sized
Coriander leaves - chopped for garnishing
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Salt - as per taste
Collagen powder - 1 scoop (TOR™ Mighty Lemon - low sugar)
Method:
1. Wash the cucumber well and peel the skin, and dice them into cubes.
2. Take a bowl and add the diced cucumber, grated coconut, and roasted peanuts, salt, chopped chilies, lemon juice and mix them well.
3. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
4. Finally, add TOR™ Mighty collagen powder and mix it well and serve in a bowl.
