Ingredients:
Ash Gourd - 100g
Coriander leaves - 1 fistful
Lemon rind - ½
Sea salt - a pinch
Pepper - ½ tsp.

Method:
1. First, wash the ash gourd well and peel off the skin using a peeler or a knife. Make sure to remove all the skin as it can be tough and fibrous.
2. Next, wash the coriander leaves and chop them finely.
3. In a blender, add the chopped coriander leaves, ash gourd, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, collagen powder, and the grated rind of one lemon and blend everything together until you get a smooth consistency.
