Ingredients
Pomegranate - ½ cup
Milk - 250ml (For anyone with lactose intolerance, substitute with almond milk /lactose-free milk)
Rolled oats - 2 tbsp
Dates - 2
Honey - 1 tbsp (Optional)
WAH-TOR™ Pycnogenol® - 1 scoop
WAH-TOR™ Phycocyanin - 1 scoop
WAH-TOR™ Astaxanthin - 1 scoop
Soaked chia seeds - 1 tbsp
Method
1. Cook oats in water till it thickens and let it cool.
2. In a blender, add the cooked oats, pomegranate, milk, dates and honey and blend well.
3. Add WAH-TOR™ Pycnogenol®, Astaxanthin and Phycocyanin and blend till smooth consistency.
4. Pour in a glass and mix in the soaked garden cress seeds before drinking.
